Scarlett Aldebot-Green

Senior Policy Analyst, Asset Building Program

Scarlett Aldebot-Green is a senior policy analyst in the Asset Building Program at New America. Particularly, she works on the program's YouthSave Initiative, currently dedicated to developing and testing savings products that are accessible to low-income youth in Colombia, Kenya, Ghana, and Nepal. Aldebot-Green also provides research and analysis on issues related to global development, poverty alleviation, youth financial inclusion, and youth rights. Previously, Aldebot-Green has worked in the fields of human rights and development, most recently at the University of Washington Center for Human Rights. She holds a J.D. and a Ph.D.
