Emily Schneider
Program Associate, International Security Program
Emily Schneider is a research associate for the National Security Program at the New America Foundation. She is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where she focused on national security and counterterrorism law and interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office, N.D.N.Y. Previously, she worked at the Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism, a joint research center at Syracuse University's Maxwell School and College of Law, where she built a database on Muslim state compliance with International Humanitarian law and shari'a. She holds a M.A. degree in English from the University of Rochester and a B.A. degree in English from Pennsylvania State University.
